4. Data Encryption & Protection

All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. Voice and video recordings, as well as transcriptions, are encrypted and access-controlled.

5. Data Retention

We offer configurable retention periods. By default, communication logs are retained for 90 days unless specified otherwise in your organization's settings. You can set auto-deletion rules via the Developer Dashboard.

6. Your Rights

You have the Right to Access, Right to Delete, and the right to request a full Data Export of all your account data. You can manage your consent and cookie preferences at any time.

7. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with third-party integrated services (like your CRM, ATS, or HRMS) when you explicitly configure those integrations via the Integrations page.
